RENTAL POLICIES

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your luxury ride with P&P Luxury Transportation, a deposit is required.

  • All deposits are non-refundable — no exceptions. This helps us hold your reservation and prepare for your trip.

  • If you need to cancel your ride:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full price of the trip.


Mechanical Breakdown Policy

While we take pride in maintaining our vehicles, unexpected mechanical issues can happen.

  • P&P Luxury Transportation is not responsible for delays or interruptions due to mechanical breakdowns.

  • If a breakdown occurs, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your trip for a new date that works for both you and our team.


Client Responsibility & Damage Policy

We ask all guests to treat our vehicles with care and respect.

  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their group during the rental.

  • Damage fees may include (but are not limited to):

    • $100 for each carpet or seat burn

    • $250 cleaning fee for excessive messes (vomit, spills, etc.)


Alcohol, Drugs, and Smoking Policy

Your safety is our top priority.

  • No alcohol or drug use is allowed in the vehicle at any time (this is required by law).

  • Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the vehicle.

  • Any fines or penalties resulting from breaking these laws will be the responsibility of the customer.
